sl st - slip stitch
ch  - chain
sc  - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet
dc  - double crochet
V st - 1 dc, ch 2, 1 dc all in the same st or sp.

Instructions:

Ch 6, sl st in 1st ch to form ring.

Rnd 1: Ch 3 (counts as 1st dc throughout), 15 dc in ring, sl st in top of beg ch 3. (16 dc's).

Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same st as joining, (2 dc in next dc)15 times, sl st in top of beg ch 3. (32 dc's)

Rnd 3: Ch 6 (counts as 1 dc and ch 3); sk next st, dc in next st, ch 3, rep around, sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch 6. (16 dc's and 16 ch 3 spaces)

Rnd 4: Sl st into next ch 3 sp, ch 1 sc in same sp, (ch 3, sc in next sp) 3 times, ch 5, sc in next sp (corner loop made), (ch 3, sc in next sp) 3times, rep around ending with ch 2, dc in 1st sc of round (last ch 5 corner loop made).

Rnd 5: Ch 3, 2 dc in same sp (beg corner made), *3 hdc in next ch 3 loop, 3 sc in next ch 3 loop, 3 hdc in next ch 3 loop, 3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc in next ch 5 loop (corner made), rep around, ending with 3 dc, ch 1, sc in top of beg ch 3.

Rnd 6: Ch 5 (counts as 1 dc and ch 2), dc in same sp, *(V st in next sp between st groups) 4 times, dc, (ch 2, dc) 3 times, all in next corner ch 2 sp (3 ch 2 sps and 4 dc's), rep around ending with (dc, ch 2) 2 times, sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch 5.

Rnd 7: Ch 3, 2 dc, in same sp, V st in next sp, *3 dc in next sp, V st in next sp) 2 times, 3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc in next ch 2 corner sp, V st in next sp, repeat around ending with 3 dc, ch 1, sc in top of beg ch 3.

Rnd 8: Ch 5, dc in same sp, *(V st in next sp) 6 times, dc in next corner ch 2 sp, (ch 2, dc) 3 times  all in the same sp, rep around ending with (dc, ch 2) 2 times, sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch 5.

Rnd 9: Ch 3, 2 dc in same sp, V st in next sp, (3 dc in next sp, V st in next sp) 3 times, 3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc in next ch 2 corner sp, V st in next sp, rep around ending with 3 dc, ch 1, sc in top of beg ch 3.

Rnd 10: Ch 5, dc in same sp, (V st in next sp) 8 times, dc in next corner ch 2 sp, (ch 2, dc) 3 times, rep around ending with (dc, ch 2) 2 times, sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch 5.

Rnd 11: Ch 3, 2 dc in same sp, V st in next sp, *(3 dc in next sp, V st in next sp) 4 times, 3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc in next ch 2 corner sp, V st in next sp, rep around ending with 3 dc, ch, sl st in top of beg ch 3.

Rnd 12: Ch 1, sc in same st as joining, sc in each st around having 3 sc in corner ch 2 sp. Finish off, weave in all ends.
